Anne-Marie founded CCS in early 2007, having previously been First Vice President & Senior Counsel for Washington Mutual Bank and a lawyer for the Seattle-based law firm Davis Wright Tremaine.   Anne-Marie combines the substantive expertise of outside counsel with the pragmatic approach of an in-house lawyer to provide practical and efficient service.   Anne-Marie focuses on counseling, structuring, drafting, and negotiating deals and contracts in the following substantive areas:

• software licensing (inbound and outbound) and development

• ASPs, SaaS and cloud computing

• business development, strategic relationships and RFPs

• services agreements (e.g., consulting,  installation, configuration, testing, project work, etc.)
