Nabil was formerly Vice President of Compliance and Ethics for Premera Blue Cross where he developed, led and managed the compliance & ethics, policy, privacy and enterprise risk management functions for nine years. Prior to that, Nabil served as in-house counsel at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield in Washington D.C., and as an associate at Crowell & Moring LLP in their Washington D.C. government contracts and health care groups.
